Cheese Charcuterie Board
Be it a casual get-together or a fancy party, a charcuterie board always acts as a crowd-pleasing appetiser that is perfect for all kinds of occasions. Made with a selection of cold cuts, fruits, nuts and cheeses on a serving platter, particularly wooden board or stone slab, it has a balance of sweet and savoury, salty and creamy taste.
The word "charcuterie" is derived from the French word for "pork butcher" and the other accompaniments of this appetiser are crackers, olives, pickles, mustards, jams and chutneys. Packed with a variety of soft, creamy, hard and sharp cheeses, it is visually appealing along with being delicious.
