Handful | Coriander leaves |
1 tsp | Chilli powder |
1.2 tsp | Amchur powder |
1/2 tsp | Garam masala |
A pinch | Salt |
5 tbsp | Oil |
3/4 tsp | Chaat masala |
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, gently mash the potatoes and add chopped onion and coriander leaves.
- Now, add dry spices including garam masala, chaat masala, salt, amchur powder and chilli powder. Combine everything together without breaking the pieces of potato.
