1/2 Onion, finely chopped
HandfulCoriander leaves
1 tspChilli powder
1.2 tsp Amchur powder
1/2 tspGaram masala
A pinchSalt
5 tbspOil
3/4 tsp Chaat masala
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, gently mash the potatoes and add chopped onion and coriander leaves.
  • Now, add dry spices including garam masala, chaat masala, salt, amchur powder and chilli powder. Combine everything together without breaking the pieces of potato.
