1 Chicken breast, boneless
2 tspCream cheese
1/2 cupBlock cheese, grated
1/2 tspOnion powder
1 cupSpinach, chopped
1 tspMayonnaise
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspPaprika

Method

• To begin, preheat the oven to 190℃.
• Prepare the stuffing by mixing finely chopped spinach leaves with mayonnaise, grated block cheese and cream cheese.
• Add pepper and salt to the mixture and mix until it forms a cheesy, creamy texture.
• Take the chicken breast, put it in a zip-lock bag and pound it using a rolling pin to make it thin and even
• Using a knife, slice the chicken breast from the side and create an incision to fill the stuffing. Do not make a deep cut.
• Use your hands or a spoon to fill the stuffing inside the chicken breast. Press the edges and insert toothpicks on each end to prevent the stuffing from falling out.
• Apply olive oil to the chicken breast and coat it with paprika, onion and garlic powder.
• Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper. Place the chicken breast on it and put it in the oven.
• Bake for 25 minutes and check whether the meat has been cooked properly.
• Serve with barbeque sauce and mashed potato salad or steamed vegetables.
