3-Cheese Margherita Pizza - Serves 2

Ingredients
For Dough

1/2 cup | Warm water |
1 tsp | Sugar |
1 tsp | Dry yeast |
2 cups | Maida |
A pinch | Salt |
3 tbsp | Olive oil |
To knead | Water as required |
For Toppings

100 gms | Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Cubes |
100 gms | Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella Cheese - Diced |
3 tbsp | Pizza sauce |
2 gms | Basil |
60 gms | Sliced tomatoes |
2 ml | Olive oil |
1/2 tsp | Oregano |
Method
● In a large mixing bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
● Now add maida, salt and olive oil and knead the dough by adding water as required. Tuck the dough and form it into a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.
● Cover and let it rest in a warm place for about 2 hours.
● Place the dough on a dusted pizza plate or tray and flatten it by stretching with both hands.
● Spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.
● Then, spread the grated Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block, Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Cubes cut into smaller pieces and Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Mozzarella - Diced
● Spread the basil, sliced tomatoes, and olive oil all over the pizza and bake at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.

Cheesy Chicken Tikka Pizza
For Dough

For Chicken Tikka

500 grams | Chicken |
1 tsp | Ginger-garlic paste |
2 tsp | Red chilli powder |
1/2 tsp | Cumin powder |
3/4 tsp | Garam masala |
1/2 tsp | Kasuri methi |
3 - 4 tsp | Curd |
1 tbsp | Lime juice |
1 tsp | Salt |
For Toppings

1 small | Bell pepper |
1 | Onion |
1 | Tomato |
1 tsp | Oregano |
1 tsp | Chilli flakes |
Method
● Start by combining warm water, sugar, and dry yeast in a large mixing bowl, giving it a quick mix, and then allowing it to rest for 5 minutes.
● Next, add all-purpose flour (maida), salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Knead the dough thoroughly, adding water as necessary until it reaches the desired consistency. Shape the dough into a ball and place it back into the mixing bowl.
● Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in a warm place for approximately 2 hours to allow it to rise.
● Transfer the dough onto a dusted pizza plate or tray. Using both hands, gently stretch and flatten the dough to your desired thickness.
● Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
● For making chicken tikka, marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, curd, kasuri methi, and lime juice. Keep aside for 1 hour or more.
● Heat a pan and sprinkle some oil. Add chicken pieces and stir well.
● Cover and allow to slow roast on a small flame till dry. Stir in between.
● Once all the chicken Tikka are roasted, drain and allow to cool.
● Cut into smaller pieces and keep aside.
● Spread some tomato ketchup or pizza sauce. Top the pizza base with capsicum, onion, tomato and pieces of chicken tikka.

● Keep the oven preheated at 250°C. Place the pizza and bake until the cheese melts and gets bubbly and golden brown.
