Method

  • Clean and slice your vegetables and set them aside.

1 cupPasta, cooked
1Onion, sliced
1Cucumber, sliced
1/2Red bell pepper, sliced

2 tbspMayonnaise
To TasteSalt and pepper

Method

1Tortilla or roti

1/2 cupRajma/kidney beans (cooked)
1/2Red bell pepper, diced
1Tomato, diced
1Onion, diced

Method

  • Dice the bell pepper, tomato and onion and saute for 4-6 minutes until soft.
