Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and dry yeast. Mix quickly and let it rest for 5 minutes.Add plain flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Knead the dough, adding water as needed until it forms a smooth ball. Place the dough in a large mixing bowl.Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 2 hours.
Step 2
Spread Cheese Generously
Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C). Dust a pizza plate or tray with flour and place the dough on it. Flatten the dough by stretching it with both hands.Spread pizza sauce generously over the dough, leaving the edges slightly uncovered.Sprinkle grated Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block, cut Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Cubes, and diced Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the sauce.Add basil, sliced tomatoes, and olive oil on top of the cheese.
Step 3
Bake, Sprinkle and Serve!
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with oregano. Slice and serve hot.
