Momos are a beloved street food finding its origins in Tibetan and Nepali cuisine, the tasty and cheesy delight are fulfilling and can be made at home.

Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block

Spinach
5 cup
Cabbage
1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon
Ghee
2 tablespoon
Salt
1 Pinch
Whole Wheat Flour
3 cup
Water
2 cup
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare The Dough
Knead the dough by adding water little by little and set it aside for 20 minutes.While the dough is getting ready make the filling. Boil the finely chopped spinach and cabbage with a little bit of salt. Add the ingredients spinach, cabbage and the grated cheese and mix well.
Step 2
Add The Filling
This part is a little tricky, take small pieces of the dough and roll them out, make sure the centre is thicker than the edges. Roll them out with a rolling pin and then part by part, roll the edges out, keeping the middle thick. This should increase the size of the wrapping dough.
Step 3
Steam, Serve and Enjoy!
Add the filling and pleat the Momo. Now you can steam the Momo for 15-20 minutes and have fun!
