Cheese samosas are perfect for any occasion, whether it be an afternoon tea snack, a party appetiser, or a side dish at a family gathering.

Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella Cheese Diced
250 grams
Onion

Capsicum

Red Chilli Powder

Cumin Powder

Garam Masala

Cornflour

Step 1
Prepare the samosa filling
In a bowl, combine the Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella - Diced, onion, capsicum, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Take one samosa pastry sheet and fold it into a cone shape. Fill the cone with the cheese mixture.
Step 2
Serve and enjoy!
Seal the edges of the pastry with cornflour paste to ensure the filling stays inside during frying. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until they are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
